The Café Commissary is a chef-operated commissary kitchen in Quezon City. We bake, cook and pack café-ready food so partner cafés can serve more and prep less — every single day.
Our story
We were built inside a working café. We know 6AM service, small kitchens, and the food-cost math that keeps the lights on. So we became the kitchen behind other cafés.
Every recipe here earned its place on a real counter first — costed, portioned and tested against the morning rush. When an item survives our own service, it goes on the list for yours.
